Vestibular aqueduct dehisence Case 1 A 40-year-old patient presented with constant right sided pulsatile tinnitus and intermittent vertigo. CT showed a communication/dehisence of the right vestibular aqueduct (red arrows) onto a high-riding jugular bulb.
