- 30-year-old patient presented with sensorineural hearing loss.

- MRI showed hyperintensities, some of which enhanced, within the cerebral white matter with particular involvement of the corpus callosum.

The combination of sensorineural hearing loss and characteristic white matter lesions involving the corpus callosum are typical of Susac syndrome.
