Cytotoxic Lesion of the Corpus Callosum (CLOCC)
- CT showed low density in the splenium of the corpus callosum.
- On MRI, there was T2-hyperintensity and diffusion restriction in the splenium of the corpus callosum.

A cytotoxic lesion of the corpus callosum (CLOCC) is a reversible clinicoradiological entity associated with a wide range of aetiologies including anti-epileptic drug changes, metabolic disturbances, and infection.
