Case history
- 45-year-old patient was found to have an incidental right frontal lobe lesion.
- On examination, there was thinning of the subcutaneous tissue over the ipsilateral forehead.

Linear Scleroderma (En Coup de Sabre)
- The subcutaneous thinning over the forehead represented an en coup de sabre deformity.
- MRI showed an enhancing lesion with siderosis and subtle calcification.
- Enhancement within the lesion decreased without treatment, leaving a peripherally enhancing cavity.

Linear scleroderma en coup de sabre is a rare form of localised scleroderma with ipsilateral cerebral involvement, typically presenting with seizures or focal neurological deficits.
